Split-Second Unlearning ™

Working with Undiagnosed and Unresolved Trauma

Many people live with the symptoms of trauma without ever receiving a diagnosis or realising what lies beneath anxiety, fatigue, depression, or disconnection.

Within my sessions, I integrate the Split-Second Unlearning ™ (SSU) Protocol — a rapid, non-narrative process that resolves trauma at its root by addressing the precise moment the nervous system first encoded threat.

SSU meets the body where words can’t reach, allowing the stress response to release safely and restoring balance, clarity and choice.

Clearing the Moment the Body Learned to Stay Afraid
Some experiences are too overwhelming for the body to process at the time they happen.
Rather than storing them as story, the nervous system captures them in a split second — as sensory and physiological imprints that can replay beneath awareness.

Split-Second Unlearning ™ gently clears those imprints by working with the body’s natural signals — eye movement, breath and posture — to release the stress response where it began.
There’s no need to revisit the narrative; SSU meets the moment itself, allowing the system to reset and return to calm, presence and choice.

Within my sessions, SSU often works alongside the MindReset App, offering a simple way to reinforce this reset between sessions — helping the mind and body remember what safety feels like.
