Healing Truths

Living teachings drawn from my own healed experience.

The Healing Truths are not theories or affirmations — they are discoveries made on the journey of returning to myself.

Each truth holds a paradox: what once felt like pain, loss or survival is also a doorway to wisdom, belonging and freedom.

They offer shape and language for what the body and soul already know — that we are not broken, only returning.

I share these truths not as answers, but as companions.

They are here to be reflected on, embodied and lived. To steady you when things feel too much and to open you to new ways of seeing.

Because healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering the truth of who you have always been.

And whether or not we ever meet, these teachings are here to remind you that you are:

  • already whole
  • already returning
  • already enough

How to Use the Healing Truths

Each Healing Truth offers three doorways:

1. Reflection: The voice of trauma — the way we once believed the story. Reading this allows you to recognise the echo of survival that may still live within you.

2. Truth: The reframe — the deeper knowing that comes through healing.
This is the learning: not to fix or replace the old story but to hold it alongside a greater truth.

3. Invitation: A simple practice for integration — a way to bring the learning from words into your body, breath and daily life.

Example

Reflection: For so long, trauma told me I was broken…

Truth: I was never broken. I was always whole…

Invitation: Next time you feel the weight of “I am broken”, pause. Inhale deeply and exhale:

“I am not broken, I am returning.”

Notice what softens.

You can use the Healing Truths as:

  • A daily reflection — choose one and sit with it quietly.
  • A journaling prompt — write your own Reflection, Truth and Invitation.
  • A circle practice — share one together and let the group explore.
  • A touchstone in difficult moments — returning to what is more true.

May these truths meet you where you are and remind you that healing is not a destination — it is a return.
