Living Truths

What I know to be true. Drawn from years of practice and my own lived experience.

These are not theories or affirmations. They are observations. Things I have come to understand through working with women who are silently struggling, and through my own long journey of understanding myself.

Each truth holds something that may feel paradoxical at first: that the patterns causing you difficulty today were once the most sensible responses available to you. That understanding them rather than fighting them is often where something begins to shift.

I share these not as answers, but as companions.

Use them when something feels heavy. When you want to understand a pattern rather than just change it. When you need a reminder that what you’re carrying makes sense, even if it no longer serves you.

How to Use the Living Truths

Each truth offers three doorways:

1. Reflection: the way the pattern has sounded from the inside. Reading this helps you recognise something familiar.

2. Truth:a different way of understanding the same experience. Not replacing the old story, but sitting alongside it.

3. Invitation: a simple practice for bringing the understanding into your daily life.

Example

Reflection: For so long, something told me I wasn’t enough…

Truth: I was always enough. I just couldn’t see it yet.

Invitation: Sit quietly for a moment and ask yourself:

What would feeling enough actually look like for me?

Then ask:

Where in my life, even in small ways, have I already been enough?

Let the answers come without judgement. You may be surprised by what you find.

May these truths meet you where you are.
