Session Journeys

Session Journeys

Every person’s story is unique. These journeys offer shape and rhythm to the work, while always meeting you where you are.

Choose the journey that calls to you below to learn more and if you can’t find yourself in these journeys or what you need doesn’t fit neatly into a framework then we can design a completely bespoke programme together.

This might include a different number of sessions, a unique rhythm of support, or a blend of 1:1 sessions, workshops, and practices. What matters most is that your journey reflects you — your pace, your needs, your truth.

There is no one path home. The work will always be shaped around where you are, and who you are becoming.”

For the woman who looks well, and quietly isn’t

(6 sessions)

You are capable. You are functioning.
From the outside, you may even look like you’re thriving. But somewhere underneath, something has been asking for your attention for a long time, and the usual answers, more rest, more discipline, more therapy, haven’t reached it.

This is the work for women who are tired of explaining themselves to people who don’t quite understand what they’re describing. Who sense that what they’re carrying is older and deeper than this season of life. Who don’t want to be fixed, but want to be met.

For women who sense the work runs deeper, or who want more time and continuity.

(12 sessions)

Twelve sessions across six months, held fortnightly. The same depth and approach, with more room for patterns to shift and settle.

A full year of sustained work for women ready for significant and lasting change.

(24 sessions)

For complex histories that need time, consistency,
and depth.

Not sure where to begin?

Sometimes the first step is simply a conversation.

A discovery call is a gentle 20–30 minute conversation where we can meet, explore what’s alive for you right now, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit, it’s simply space for you to ask questions and find out whether this work resonates.
