Session Journeys
Session Journeys
Every person’s story is unique. These journeys offer shape and rhythm to the work, while always meeting you where you are.
Choose the journey that calls to you below to learn more and if you can’t find yourself in these journeys or what you need doesn’t fit neatly into a framework then we can design a completely bespoke programme together.
This might include a different number of sessions, a unique rhythm of support, or a blend of 1:1 sessions, workshops, and practices. What matters most is that your journey reflects you — your pace, your needs, your truth.
“There is no one path home. The work will always be shaped around where you are, and who you are becoming.”
For the woman who looks well, and quietly isn’t
(6 sessions)
You are capable. You are functioning.
From the outside, you may even look like you’re thriving. But somewhere underneath, something has been asking for your attention for a long time, and the usual answers, more rest, more discipline, more therapy, haven’t reached it.
This is the work for women who are tired of explaining themselves to people who don’t quite understand what they’re describing. Who sense that what they’re carrying is older and deeper than this season of life. Who don’t want to be fixed, but want to be met.
For women who sense the work runs deeper, or who want more time and continuity.
(12 sessions)
Twelve sessions across six months, held fortnightly. The same depth and approach, with more room for patterns to shift and settle.
A full year of sustained work for women ready for significant and lasting change.
(24 sessions)
For complex histories that need time, consistency,
and depth.
Not sure where to begin?
Sometimes the first step is simply a conversation.
A discovery call is a gentle 20–30 minute conversation where we can meet, explore what’s alive for you right now, and see whether working together feels like the right fit. There’s no pressure to commit, it’s simply space for you to ask questions and find out whether this work resonates.

What we do together.
Six sessions across three months, held fortnightly. Each ninety minutes. We work with what your body, history and patterns are already telling you, using trauma-informed inquiry, human behaviour models, and embodied practice. Between sessions you receive a small invitation to take into your week, never homework, always a doorway.
What changes.
Most women describe three shifts by the end of our time together. The first is recognition, finally having language for what they’ve lived. The second is regulation, a felt sense of steadiness that wasn’t there before. The third is choice, the quiet return of agency in places that previously felt automatic. None of this is dramatic. All of it is durable.
What this is not.
This is not therapy, and it is not crisis support. If you are in acute distress, I will help you find the right care, which is not me. This is also not coaching in the goal-setting sense. We are not optimising you. We are returning you.
For women who sense the work runs deeper, or who want more time and continuity.

If you sense that what you’re carrying won’t shift in a short series. You have tried things before and found that just as something begins to open, the work ends.
What we do together. Twelve sessions across six months, held fortnightly. Each ninety minutes. We follow the same approach as the six-session journey — trauma-informed inquiry, human behaviour models, and embodied practice — with more continuity and more room for what emerges to settle and integrate before the next session.
What changes. With more time comes more depth. Women in this journey often describe a gradual but significant shift in how they relate to themselves — less reactive, more grounded, with a clearer sense of what they need and why. The patterns that have been running quietly in the background begin to become visible and, with visibility, lose some of their grip.
What this is not. This is not an extended version of therapy, and it is not crisis support. It is sustained, relational work for women who are stable enough to look honestly at what they’re carrying and ready to understand it differently.
For women with complex or longstanding histories who need time, consistency, and depth
(24 sessions)
You know that what you carry has roots that go back a long way, and that real change will require more than a short container.
What we do together. Twenty-four sessions across a year, held fortnightly. Each ninety minutes. The same approach — trauma-informed, educational, embodied — but with the continuity that allows for genuine integration over time. We return, session by session, to what is true, what is emerging, and what is ready to shift.
What changes. A year of sustained work creates the conditions for change that shorter journeys cannot always hold. Women in this journey often describe a fundamental shift in how they experience themselves — not just understanding their patterns, but genuinely living differently. The sense of being at the mercy of their history softens. A clearer, steadier sense of self begins to emerge and hold.
What this is not. This is not for everyone, and it is not the right starting point for every woman. It requires genuine commitment and a readiness to stay with the work even when it becomes uncomfortable. If you are unsure whether this is the right level, the discovery call is the place to explore that honestly.
